12.01.2022 My top tip for flavoured yoghurt fans: these are often LOADED with sugar and you can make much better versions yourself. Today I have Greek yoghurt mixed with stewed pears and apples - no sugar, just water, cinnamon and vanilla for the stewing. I also use frozen berries and drizzle a small amount of honey over the top. The trip to work mixes it all and it is the best yoghurt you will ever have!

This is a surefire way to take the intensity up a notch and improve your fitness. Just make sure to be properly hydrated and sun smart before tackling the summer sun!
