01.01.2022 The Shire Farmer’s Market is back and so are my favourite food suppliers. Today was like the first day of going back to school, realising how much I missed th...em after a 6 week break and excited to hear about everyone’s news for 2019. Market people are a funny bunch: it’s not just about the produce ( though that’s the main reason everyone met in the first place ), it is also about the relationship customer-supplier you build over time as a regular, the swapping of ideas, the support of small local businesses and the overall sense of community.
