22.01.2022 Recipes for health, restoration and resilience. Freedom through movement ~ a sequence of gentle yoga asanas can help to support the immune system, supply oxygen and nourishment to the cells and boost vitality. Calming through breath work ~ 3-5 minutes of alternate nostril breathing can help to flow and balance energy, support the respiratory system and reduce anxiety. ... Letting go through meditation ~ 15-20 minutes of meditation can help to pacify the nervous system, dissolve stress and fatigue, broaden awareness and improve overall happiness and wellbeing. Daily, dive deeply into your own practices, tools and techniques that allow you to transcend the turbulence, rest and rejuvenate your very own self and awaken your greater states of consciousness, calm and capability. Be easy, support everyone, take it as it comes. With love, Steph Montauk Media

22.01.2022 Everyday, twice a day, sink effortlessly into that settled, least excited state, beneath the surface, beyond your thoughts, habits, worries and fears. Dive deeply into your reservoir of infinite bliss, where all your capabilities and the unbounded potential and happiness exists. Experience this, your true nature, daily. You’ll find that when you open your eyes, each time, there’s layer upon layer of more joy, more love, more calm, space, presence, flow and freedom, there’s gr...eater ease, with everything you do. Our meditation practice is a tool, a pipeline. It allows us to draw upon our natural resources (that have been there the whole time actually) so we can take them all into action; into our realms of relating, living, working, engaging, seeing and Being in this world. It grounds us is in a place where we can accomplish and experience so much more, do everything better, and enjoy this process called life, in a more expansive, inspiring, real and uplifting way. Dive deeply, effortlessly, bathe in your bliss, twice a day, everyday.

15.01.2022 Where the wisdom lies Evolutionary change is a continuum of growth and upgrading taking place; shifting into new expressions that are more capable than the previous expression; changing, adapting and transitioning with greater grace, intelligence and harmony with the environment around us. The same creative intelligence that governs Nature, this is not somewhere in the future or past, it’s here, operating now, in all places at all times. A constant process that can be exper...ienced as beautiful, creative and uplifting, nurturing or nourishing, or full of force, dissolution and destruction. Contained within each moment of the evolutionary journey though, no matter how it looks or feels, is the knowledge and wisdom of what’s happening and what’s needed next. Unique to this evolutionary phase we’re all moving through, is our growing wakefulness and heightened awareness of the effect our actions have on each other, the planet and wider world we live in, and our growing desire to take more care and responsibility, to act with powerful, heart-led purpose and to create sustainable, positive change, for the benefit not only of ourselves, but all life on Earth and the generations to follow. To fully upgrade to the next stage, next expansive experience ~ of ourselves and the world ~ however, there’s a requirement to let go of the old; habits, ideas, patterns of behaviour and ways of thinking, engaging and Being in the world that are no longer needed or relevant as we transition gracefully into growth. May we each let go of even just one thing today ~ be it a negative thought, limiting belief, redundant habit, harmful or unkind action or unsustainable approach to how we live with and of this land ~ to create the space to herald a higher state of consciousness, an expanded experience of reality. Finally, may the Australian bushfire crisis and accompanying widespread loss, devastation, sadness and pain be the modern milestone to truly effect impactful change, support progressive evolution and inspire ongoing, greater, transformational, understanding, compassion, depth, connection, love and creativity, on a universal scale. With love always and Jai Guru Deva, Steph

13.01.2022 Just like a wave can't separate itself from the ocean, we can't separate ourselves from one another. We are all part of a vast sea of love, one indivisible divine mind. Marianne Williamson. The Vedic Worldview is that there is only one thing. That one thing is pure consciousness, and we are each individual expressions of that, of Nature. Like waves on the ocean’s surface, each wave just a different way for the ocean to express itself. Each time we meditate we make contac...t with that unified field of pure consciousness, that innate, infinite flow of creative intelligence and by doing so enjoy a process of recovery and remembering. Vedic Meditation gets rid of the accumulated stress, yes, but at its deepest level it allows us to broaden our awareness, to experience ourself beyond this physical body, beyond the limiting ideas we have about ourself and the world, beyond the intellect and repetitive, chaotic thoughts, beyond all of it. It allows us to settle down to our least excited state, our natural state, that unbounded, vast ocean. Through meditation we remember, I am the One whole thing, expressing itself as a human for a little while. There’s a naturalness, an effortlessness to it, a complete letting go, and once you start tasting what you are, under all the straining and trying, you become addicted to the relaxation. If you’d like to learn more about the benefits of being unbounded and the easy letting go practice of Vedic Meditation, get in touch, the links are in my bio. Steph x

13.01.2022 I could give you no other advice but this: to go into yourself and to explore the depths where your life wells forth. A simple prescription for experiencing greater ease, enjoyment, health and happiness in day to day life. With love from me and poet Rainer Maria Rilke.

09.01.2022 Many waves, one ocean Like individual waves that form and collapse back into the unbounded flat ocean, before rising and rolling on again, our busy, thought filled minds need time and space to experience something deeper, to go beyond repetitive thinking, to rest, expand and purify. Each day, take your mind to the depths of your own Being, that field of pure awareness, infinite capability, the greatest love and forever flowing creative intelligence. ... Sit there for 20 minutes or so, allow the rest, welcome the rejuvenation, of the mind and body, and let your old stresses, redundant memories and accumulated fatigue to dissolve naturally. Then open the eyes, go about your day and enjoy the calmness, clarity, expanded awareness and peaceful joy that you now carry with you. Prescription for ongoing benefits: Sit, collapse, meditate, be unbounded, for 20 minutes twice a day. Drop the wave and become the ocean, daily. There’s a richness in the depth you won’t ever experience if you stay floating on the surface of the sea.

07.01.2022 2020: Less doing, more Being, less forcing, more allowing, less resisting, more accepting, less holding on, more letting go, more love, more love, more love.

06.01.2022 Humans who light up my life

04.01.2022 Vedic Meditation making waves in Noosa I caught up with the Sunshine Coast Daily to talk all about this effortless mental technique and why more locals are jumping on board to enjoy the ride.

01.01.2022 A favourite day in India. There’s nothing more to seek for when we experience the whole world that’s already within. A realm of freedom, love and power, found in the practice of surrender, of letting go. ... When we allow the dissolution of what was, to transition us into the expansive, evolutionary expression of what’s possible and could be. Like a coming home really, a remembering, a melting into the unboundedness, and we’re free. : Alex Klein
