Having competed in body building, working as a fitness instructor and a hobby of mountain bike riding she has an understanding of how important recovery and looking after your body to maintain peak performance. Helping people be their best is Karen’s first priority. ... Her passion and enthusiasm is contagious! Karen will be available for appointments from the 2nd July. 11.01.2022 Just a heads up to say that its business as usual here at Step Into Balance, whilst remaining to operate within government guidelines. There will be shorter hours in availability so please be patient when trying to schedule appointments, I will aim to accomodate as best I can. 07.01.2022 WELCOME TO THE TEAM!! We are so excited to introduce new therapist Briahna to the team!! We have been doing our best to put together a team of outstanding therapists here at Step Into Balance, and Bri is definitely one we could not go past- she is exceptional at what she does! Bri is a remedial massage therapist with 5 years experience specialising in sports massage. She has worked and is currently working with clubs such as Melbourne Storm, multiple AFL teams and other eli...te and local sports such as netball, cricket, soccer etc. Bri will be joining us from 1st of July. Online bookings will be available over the coming days.
