20.01.2022 Hi there gorgeous people! I thought I would jump in and let you know what I have been up to in the last couple of years! LOL! :) My name is Suzanne and I was your Step into Life Trainer. I am now running a new business called Your InnerCalm Coach, and working back in the field of weight-loss using Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) Essentially we look at the root cause of weight gain - when, where, how it started emotionally - and then we remove all of the n...egative connections so you can move forward in life without the struggles and mental mind battles around food! I found that when I was a trainer - some of my clients were doing all the right things - exercise and nutrition wise - but the weight was still slow to move. I am now working at shifting weight from a different perspective - the MIND - and results to date have been amazing! Between 10 - 22cm in just 4 weeks GONE from their body with minimal exercise, and good portion control guidance provided by me in the form of food coaching, and a heap of Neuro techniques that literally changes the way you think about food! - like getting rid of cravings!! This is part of my signature 5in4 Weight Loss program. I have just started up a Weight Loss Goals Club FB page which will help women to stay on track with their weight loss goals, offer support, encouragement, hints, tips & info all around the Mind Body Connection. 17.01.2022 We tend not to drink as much Water as we need to in Winter. My tip is to drink warm/hot water in the morning or throughout the day with fresh lemon juice

17.01.2022 1st day of Coreball Training and we kicked off in very Chilly conditions! A big pat on the back for a great turnout for the Morning Crew! Please help me to Congratulate Deb Van Der Stok for achieving her 1500 Training Club Milestone! That means Deb has huffed, boxed, streatched Bands ( her least favorite ) and worked out on Coreballs ( her most favorite) for a whopping 150 Training sessions showing fantastic dedication to her Health & Fitness We also celebrated Ken's first 200 Training Club point Milestone - love your work Kenny! Well done you two!!
