14.05.2022 Meditation is such an amazing practice to build into and fully integrate into your life. WHY? Think of it like the daily wash you give your body. Your meditation practice is like giving your mind a wash of the jumble of thoughts, creating a stillness and a fresh clean canvass upon which to apply your favourite lotions and potions (aka creativity).... INTEGRATION 'Go big or go home' is not the way to a successful long-term practice, for meditation or anything else. This might work IF you've been through a traumatic experience that has FORCED you to change, but generally speaking, baby steps are much better for sustainability. p.s.
