18.01.2022 BREAKING: The Ekka public holiday will move from Wednesday, 12 August to Friday, 14 August to support our tourism industry. For one year only, Peoples Day will... become the Peoples Long Weekend and Im calling on people to use it as an opportunity to give our local tourism a boost. Over the past 144 years, the Ekka has been the time when the bush meets the city. Since that cant happen this year, this gives the city the chance to go to the bush or the beach. Local councils outside of Brisbane will be able to make similar arrangements for their show holidays. #TheEkka #qldjobs

14.01.2022 Play is so important to development. It naturally encourages imagination, discovery, resilience, patience, participation, cooperation, enquiry, confidence, empathy, trust and so very much more. Allow them to play, to get dirty, to take risks, to build strength in their bodies and minds. Let them be children for as long as you can.
14.01.2022 Good morning all, We do hope that you have all come through this COVID health crisis thus far with good health and some sanity. Things for us are starting to get back to some normality. Kell will be back to the office from today. She will however, be in and out of the office getting back to popping in on educators. Please call before coming to the office, to avoid disappointment. This way we can ensure a time that will work for everyone.... Julie will continue to work from home until it is safe enough for her to also return to the office environment. We would like to thank you all for your continued support and patience through these unprecedented times. Take care and stay safe See more
