You know the one saying it's time to get your health back on track, yes, THIS YEAR IS THE YEAR, cause really 2021 can’t be as difficult as 2020 can it? So what are you going to do? ... Is it the same old 6 week challenge? You know the one where you slog your guts out for January and February in the gym or in a boot camp. Where you might shed a kilo or two.
