Maybe you've been watching the scale creep up, or you've been given a wake-up call by your doctor or maybe you just have more time now the kids have grown up....or... Have you had a mental awakening that is driving you to reach a 10,000 a day step goal ?... Are you mentally engaged in your goal ?

05.01.2022 Do you plan out and think about how you might add steps by walking more through each day ? I try to walk each morning early. I walk around the room when I am on phone calls instead of sitting down. And I treat the local shopping centre more like a pantry and will make a couple of trips each day on foot. - Penny Warneford
