Corey kicked off this year by taking his training to the next level with training twice a day to break through plateaus. He has even managed to pump out regular 40min sessions on the new stair climb ... His work ethic and consistency are outstanding. Since joining us in 2020 Corey has lost an incredible 25kgs.
