19.01.2022 Hi Fit Fam, We have a slight adjustment to our opening hours on Sunday. As you all know this Sunday is Father's Day so we will be open as normal on Sunday morning and close Sunday afternoon for a well earned rest. Moving forward we are adjusting our Sunday afternoon hours. We will still be open for the same amount of time but just open and close an hour earlier.... This Sundays hours are 7.00-11.00 am Reopen Monday 4.00 am Sundays post Father's Day 7.00-11.00 am - 3.00-7.00 pm

We have already increased our hours but will spend the next 24 hours going over all our usage patterns for every day of the week to then staff as many hours as possible for you. 13.01.2022 Leg day!! Love it or hate it, here are 3 reasons why you shouldn’t skip it. #1 - Skipping leg day makes it harder to build muscle. According to some studies, training your lower body muscles can help speed up the release of growth hormones and testosterone because of the sheer size of the muscles. Leg day, therefore, helps to create an anabolic environment.... In other words, an environment that’s going to allow you to make some serious gains. #2 - Leg day is essential for a balanced physique Leg day might not be your favourite but spend all of your gym sessions building your upper body, and you’re going to find that you’re not only aesthetically uneven, but your muscular balance is way off. Leg day is therefore essential to get a balanced physique that can perform both in and outside the gym. #3 - Skipping leg day makes you more prone to injury As mentioned before, if you’re skipping leg day then you’re not going to be building balanced muscles. When you have some muscles that are significantly stronger than others, you are more likely to overcompensate during exercise, which can cause injury. Make sure that when you are doing a leg day, you’re working all the different muscle groups (this goes for your upper body workouts as well).

With NSW’s COVID situation worsening we regret to inform you that as of this Saturday 12.01am, we will temporarily cease our 24/7 access to help us manage new government regulations that require gyms to be staffed by a COVID Marshal at all times . We are grateful for all of the support and understanding that you guys have shown us since we reopened. We are unable to maintain 24/7 access whilst staffed and we truly apologise for an...y inconvenience this may cause We’re glad that NSW is doing well to avoid a second lockdown, however we vow to not get complacent when it comes to our hygiene standards, in fact, we plan to step things up and find even more ways to keep you guys safe while you stay active!
