23.01.2022 Breakfast is served. Youre welcome Ingredients: Cooking oil spray 1 red onion, finely chopped... 4 spring onion stalks, finely chopped 4 red capsicums, deseeded, diced 4 small cooked potatoes, sliced 2x 400g cans chopped tomatoes 4 slices of turkey 4 tablespoons coriander paste 4 eggs Chopped parsley and baby spinach to serve Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 180C. Spray a frying pan with oil and cook onion and capsicum over medium heat until softened. 2. Add turkey slices and cook until brown 3. Add potatoes to pan. Cook for 34 more minutes, until potatoes are cooked through. 4. Add tomatoes and coriander paste to pan. Cook for 2 more minutes. 5. Spoon mixture into a small ovenproof dish. Make a well in the centre and break egg into well. Bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley baby spinach.

08.01.2022 .... Love it or hate it, here are 3 reasons why you shouldnt skip it. #1 - Skipping leg day makes it harder to build muscle.... According to some studies, training your lower body muscles can help speed up the release of growth hormones and testosterone because of the sheer size of the muscles. Leg day, therefore, helps to create an anabolic environment. In other words, an environment thats going to allow you to make some serious gains. #2 - Leg day is essential for a balanced physique Leg day might not be your favourite but spend all of your gym sessions building your upper body, and youre going to find that youre not only aesthetically uneven, but your muscular balance is way off. Leg day is therefore essential to get a balanced physique that can perform both in and outside the gym. #3 - Skipping leg day makes you more prone to injury As mentioned before, if youre skipping leg day then youre not going to be building balanced muscles. When you have some muscles that are significantly stronger than others, you are more likely to overcompensate during exercise, which can cause injury. Make sure that when you are doing a leg day, youre working all the different muscle groups (this goes for your upper body workouts as well)

01.01.2022 Sunday arvo muffin making Vegan Raspberry Macadamia Muffins Makes 12... 2 cups of self raising flour 3/4 cup of coconut sugar 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil 1 tbsp of flax meal 1 tsp of cinnamon 1 cup of plantbased milk of choice 1 cup of raspberries frozen + extra to top 1/2 cup of chopped macadamia nuts or swap for sunflower seeds or walnuts 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a muffin tray with muffin cases. 2. In a bowl combine the flour, coconut sugar, flax meal and cinnamon together. Pour the melted coconut oil and combine then add in the plant based milk and combine with a spatula. 3. Fold the raspberries in gently with a spatula. 4. Spoon a few spoonfuls of the mixture in your muffin cases then top with extra raspberries and the chopped macadamia nuts. 5. Cook for 25 minute at 180 degrees Celsius. Voila
