04.01.2022 Special places #4 24 hours Du Mans - 1987 Circuit de la Sarthe and town of Mulsanne Restaurant - Auberge des Hunaudieres... Soft pastels- A3 29.7 X 42cm Special memories a number of times but 1987 was a pinnacle. After the race my brother Colin persuaded me to have dinner at the Hunaudieres on the Mulsanne straight, I thought it was to expensive but we went and half way through dinner the winner of the race and twice world sports-car champion Derek Bell walked in to say hello, he signed my race tickets. Thank you Colin. Top speed 1987 350 KMH - 217 MPH
