04.01.2022 Being a member of a social NDIS support group, I continue to be amazed by the number of dissatisfied consumers and potential service providers looking to become NDIS registered. It is apparent the NDIA is under resourced and struggling to meet demand for their services and level of enquiry. Potential new service providers are struggling with the burden of information overload and what information relates to their particular service model. The NDIS website has copious amounts... of information and navigating your way around the site can be daunting, to say the least. The same can be said for consumers, particularly those with intellectual or learning challenges. The availability of expert verbal advice and guidance is almost nil and the response timeframe is abysmal. If you are time poor and need guidance on what is required to become a registered NDIS Provider, I can assist you in this process with up to date information that is relevant to your needs, develop policies and procedures, conduct feasibility studies, design strategic and marketing plans and basically guide you through the whole process, from planning to successful registration.
