24.01.2022 This made me smile and might be useful for those considering reflexology. I'm not saying don't go and try it but don't expect to get your liver or kidneys fixed by it!
24.01.2022 This will be great for all of you doing the oxfam trail walk.
22.01.2022 Happy Fathers Day to all our Pod Dads out there
22.01.2022 Our phone lines are currently down so please use our email address if you wish to contact us [email protected] We are working on getting a diversion/resolution and we apologise for any inconvenience.
22.01.2022 We have been advised that Podiatry has been declared an essential service by the federal government overnight. This means we are remaining open at this stage. We have put a number of measures in place, over and above our usual high standards, to minimise infection risk. We have spread out appointments to allow for only 1 person in the waiting room at one time. ... If you are unwell, have recently returned from oversees or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive to COVID19 please contact us by telephone or email to reschedule your appointment. Together we will do or very best to ensure those who rely on us are able to continue to receive our services. Thank you for your support and assistance. Kind regards Steve
21.01.2022 Wonder if we will see these in the practice soon?

20.01.2022 For those looking for some quality guidance in reaching your running goals safely, this new group in the northern suburbs could be for you.
19.01.2022 As an Essential service we are still open. We have taken a series of strict measures to ensure the most hygienic, safest environment possible. Our clinic has reduced to just 1 podiatrist on duty each day and we have spaced our appointments to ensure extensive cleaning can be performed between patients. This means we are open Monday to Saturday now. We are ensuring only 1 person is in our waiting room at one time. So we ask that you arrive only 1-2 minutes before your appoi...ntment time. We understand that our services are vital for some patients in order to prevent further need for medical visits. For that reason we aim to continue to provide essential podiatry services for as long as possible. If you are unwell, have been overseas in the past 14 days or have been in contact with someone infected with Covid-19 please call us on 9447 4776 to reschedule your appointment. Together I hope we can continue to provide essential services to our community. For those not requiring essential services please stay home, take care and be safe. Kind regards Steve and staff

15.01.2022 In 20 years of podiatry this must be the cutest use of a foot I have seen!
14.01.2022 Diabetes can have terrible consequences if poorly controlled. We always try to emphasize that in most cases a few simple lifestyle changes and some common sense can prevent the complications if you act early in the disease process. A foot check and some good advice shortly after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes could save a lot of problems later in life!
14.01.2022 They are NOT signs of a vitamin deficiency.
14.01.2022 More reasons to head out for a run.

08.01.2022 Here is a great video for all those fans of high heels. No surprise why we see at least a few metatarsal stress fractures and countless other forefoot and plantar fascial problems, as a result of excessive wearing of high heels, each year. Limited use ladies, or better still give them away!
06.01.2022 A little podiatry humor...

03.01.2022 To our dear patients. Have you recently returned from an over seas trip? Are you feeling unwell? Is your throat sore?... If you have answered yes to any of these questions we ask that you refrain from attending the practice for 14 days. I ask this to ensure the safety of my staff, their families and that of the wider community. We will be following additional hygiene protocol, further to our existing standards of practice, to help ensure your safety. We have hand sanitizer available for use at the reception desk. Kind Regards Steve and staff
