17.01.2022 Steve has been our Business IT service provider for a number of years. He understands business and knows how to make a tailored IT tool to suit our needs. Steve introduced the Google Apps tool into our business about 18 months ago, after he had tested it for himself. We take Steve's recommendations seriously and as new tools arrive they are discussed and implemented . We rely on our IT solutions to be highly mobile to utilise our time to the maximum. Where ever we are , Karen... and I are able to access our complete business operations from smartphone, tablet and laptop - all synchronised with each other. Running our diary, managing our contacts, answering our emails , accessing our files , as well as social media monitoring is always available, when we want it. The trick is of course to turn it off when we clock off to manage our private time. On Steve's recommendation,we also run an onsite and cloud backup which ensures our records remain protected.
