25.01.2022 2020 What a f*!king year!!!! Although we were all impacted by so much negative this year I have to say it was one of the best for @stevenmichaelhair We said bye to spring farm and opened the doors to our new home. It was a massive year of upgrades all around. We went from 4 staff and a 4 seat salon and now run 16 chairs with an incredible team of 12 amazing humans. We have had the opportunity to meet and service some super inspirational woman who have made 2020 nothing le...ss than a walk in the park. In a time of devastation and global fear our salons vibe never shifted. We stayed strong, we stayed connected but above all we stuck together. As much as I’m ready for a new year I can’t help but sit back and really love so many things about the worst year ever. 24.01.2022 CREAMY HAIR GOALS Just a queen crowned in the dreamiest blonde tones. Recently we have had so much love from fellow @nakhair colourists DMing us and asking what tequniques and colour formulas for some of the work in our feed. So I thought I would try something a little different and break it down from start to finish. Service/formula breakdown... 1 Back to back full head of #babylights using @foilmefoils starting the application with #sugarplex +20vol and gradually moving may way to 30vol towards the end of the application. After this we were left with a clean canvas of a level 9-10 roots to ends 2 Pre tone with @nakhair #platinumblondeshampoo then back at the chair for a dimensional zone toner. 3 1cm root shadow application 10g 7.00 5g 7.000 5g 7.21(S) 5vol 10min processing then combed through continuously in every direction left to process for another 5min. Then applied mids 10g 9.32(S) 5g 9.21(S) 5g 10.000 with 5vol then combed straight into a 3rd mixture on the ends 5g 10.21(S) 5g 10.22(S) 5g beige 5g pearl with 5vol we them process for another 10 and rinsed. And we have a seamless creamy mane with a lived in vibe whilst maintaining brightness Stylist . 23.01.2022 COVID19 GUIDELINES As I’m sure everyone is aware new restrictions were announced over the weekend. The SMHAIR team returns to the salon as of the 7th of January and we will be enforcing strict policies within the salon. The following steps will be implemented for staff, clients and anyone who enters our salon 4 steps to keeping our salon, staff and clients safe... 1 Before entering the salon there will be a QR code on display you must scan it and check in via the nsw health app on your smartphone. Upon completion please show our reception staff. 2 Please put your face mask on before entering the salon. Your mask must be worn at all times. (BYO MASK) 3 Our reception staff will check your temperature, if your temperature presents any concern you appointment will need to be rescheduled 4 Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance of the salon, on every station and throughout the salon for you use These guidelines are MANDATORY and have been put in place by nsw health if for any reason you are unable to meet these requirements we are more than happy to accommodate another appointment for you.
