Here is a sign you may have hired the wrong real estate agent There's a lack of communication - We all know it’s unrealistic for someone to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, you should be able to contact your real estate agent when needed and hear back from them within a few hours. A good real estate agent should cover their contact hours with you, how you wish to communicate and how frequently. 05.01.2022 Put simply, a seller's market is when prices increase with more people house hunting, and a buyer's market is when prices decrease and the market is less satura...ted. Due to COVID-19, the real estate industry came to a halt altogether, and has been up and down since March. Fortunately, Brisbane's property market is gradually recovering but despite this, house prices fell by 0.4% in June. Interestingly, Brisbane has been sitting in between the buyer's and seller's market for a while, but is likely to enter the seller's market if the COVID-19 cases remain consistently low. Properties are being snapped up quickly and more houses are for sale, but for a shorter amount of time. Properties in Sherwood and Graceville (4075) for example were only on the market for an average of 13 days and 28 days respectively in July. We recommend researching about high demand suburbs and where is best to buy in this current climate.
