24.01.2022 We treated this property 8 days ago with a broadleaf spray to reduce cape weed. After a heavy mow the result is great. We will apply another treatment in 7 days. Cape weed will go dormant in the next few weeks, however treatment now ensures significant if not total reduction before it becomes active again.

16.01.2022 Cape weed! Very common this time of year and left untreated it will suffocate your lawn and take over. We sprayed this property today with a lawn safe broadleaf herbicide. Because the leaves of the weed are uncut the herbicide will take easily and we should see results within 48-72 hours. Best not to cut after spraying for 7 days though to allow the herbicide to work properly

05.01.2022 Our team are preparing this property for new turf installation with a rotary hoe to loosen the clay base. Afterwards we level the ground ready for turf mix soil to be spread and again levelled. The turf mix contains all the good stuff to help the new turf along.
