24.01.2022 Day 7 of the 7 Day Nature Photo Challenge. Thank you to Aubrey Lee who nominated me for this challenge. I hope you all liked the photos I posted, and if anyone is interested in any of my prints, they are available for sale on Photo Paper, Acrylic Mount and Canvas print, all on museum quality materials. 7. Wentworth Falls. Blue Mountains New South Wales Australia. I call this "My Cup Runneth Over" it is a quotation from the Hebrew Bible (Psalm 23:5) and means "I have more than... enough for my needs" This is just a small section of Wentworth Falls, I decided to start here, and photograph the great falls in small steps. With my shoes off, jeans rolled up, I situated myself in its running water, set up my old rickety tripod, and started to compose and shoot this beautiful spot. It was a warm and gorgeous day. I had packed lunch, and water, so I was able to stay for quite sometime, to admire and capture its beauty, and I think I've given it justice with this shot.

23.01.2022 Presenting a 48" x 32" "Two Iconic" Canvas print to Anthony Field. It's a great honor to have such a great man like Anthony Field, (or more aptly known around the world as The Blue Wiggle) purchase one of my Canvas Prints over the weekend. In my eyes, this man is not only an Aussie icon, but an extraordinary human being, whom I highly admire, and who's always been a big supporter of my artistic pursuits. Thank You Anthony and Miki, I look forward to seeing it hanging on your... wall. In this digital age, most photographs are shared and viewed online. This is fine-great, in fact because it allows photographs to be more easily seen and appreciated. But to me, and certainly to Adams, Weston, and Porter, a well made print is the ultimate expression of a photograph. It's a physical object that can be held, or hung on a wall, and appreciated for a long period of time. It's tones, tints, and details aren't dependent on the quality of the viewer's monitor or its brightness setting. A print exists as a fixed, tangible, long-lasting expression of the photographer's intent and vision for the photograph. Michael Frye Thank You @john-paul pace for the photo!

22.01.2022 Learning from one of the greats! Ken Duncan! The Wow Factor seminar!

22.01.2022 Malta is a country which boasts over 300 days of pure, unadulterated sunshine and blue skies. On the odd occasion though, this pristine setting gets interrupted by some pretty epic storm clouds. This series highlights that particular odd day.

21.01.2022 Rain clouds loom over Valletta, as night slowly consumes the city.

18.01.2022 Day 1 of the 7 Day Nature Photo Challenge. Thank you to Aubrey Lee who nominated me for this challenge. The purpose of this challenge is to post one nature photograph each day while nominating another photographer to start the same process. 1. Half Dome, Yosemite, California, Sierra Nevada mountains USA. Black and White.... I find it fitting and a privilege to kick start my first post in honor of one of my main influences and inspiration, the late and great Ansel Adams. His passion and love for nature and conservation was what drove this amazing man to capture some beautiful scenery especially that of Yosemite National Park. He was one of the first to capture Yosemite on film, where as people had only laid eyes on painted images of the place. His phenomenal photographs, showed the world how beautiful Yosemite is, and it was his photographs that led congress at the time to pass a bill to protect that beautiful part of the world, and Yosemite National Park was forever protected for all of us to enjoy. I was blessed to go to Yosemite when I was living in the states, on one of many road trips I did with my brother John-Paul. This is my small little tribute to a great and amazing man. Thank You Ansel Adams. I nominate another amazing nature photographer to reveal to us all his amazing imagery, so I call upon Doug Rudnik, are you up for the challenge?

17.01.2022 I am very proud to announce my latest venture, and collaboration with the amazing Shakinah Malta restaurant group, where I have four of my large canvas photo prints on display. The pieces are showcasing the enchanted and ancient city of Valletta, Malta. It also coincides with Valletta being the European capital city of culture for 2018. Shakinah is a beautiful space, located in one of Maltas prominent and picturesque areas, St Julians. Situated across from the alluring Mediterranean Sea, It has a perfect blend of ambience and world class quality food, making it the ideal place to showcase my photography work there. I hope you get the opportunity to visit, and tantalize your taste buds in this wonderful place, whilst gazing upon my canvas gallery photograph display.

14.01.2022 Day 3 of the 7 Day Nature Photo Challenge. Thank you to Aubrey Lee who nominated me for this challenge. The purpose of this challenge is to post one nature photograph each day while nominating another photographer to start the same process. 3. Yellowstone National Park Montana/Wyoming USA. A River Runs Through It. Montana/Wyoming, depends where you enter the park, was everything I expected and more, and then some. Yellow Stone National Park was a place I've wanted to visit wa...y back when I was a kid, especially knowing that Yogi Bear and Boo Boo lived there, well it was called Jelly-Stone in the cartoon. Driving through this picturesque place is nothing short of breathtaking. Every corner is a photo op, it has mountains, it has rivers, it has Geezers, and most importantly, it has amazing and beautiful people. This was taken on a recent tour with #DeeSnider. I nominate another amazing photographer to reveal to us all his amazing imagery, so I call upon Victor Douglas, are you up for the challenge? #Montana #Mountains

13.01.2022 Craig's Hut Mount Stirling. Sunrise ans Sunset. THE MAN FROM SNOWY RIVER by A.B. "Banjo" Paterson There was movement at the station, for the word had passed around... That the colt from old Regret had got away, And had joined the wild bush horses - he was worth a thousand pound, So all the cracks had gathered to the fray........ . Craig's Hut, a replica cattlemen's hut, is situated on Mt Stirling, approximately 51 kilometres from Mansfield in Victoria Australia. Originally constructed for The Man from Snowy River film in 198182, Craig's Hut was burnt down by bushfires in 2006. It was completely rebuilt and reopened to the public in January 2008. The last 1.2 kilometres is only accessible by 4WD or via the walking track from the Day Visitor Area. We decided to 4WD it with our 2001 Honda CRV, people with larger vehicles doubted us, but it handled great. This was the epic scenery that we were rewarded with, and that greeted us with open arms. This is where we made camp for the night. See more

13.01.2022 It is always humbling when someone purchases one of my museum quality archival prints, and in this case two! The Golden Gate Bridge San Francisco, and Last Night In LA, Sunset in Los Angeles. I want to thank my great friend Paul Davies, who has always been supportive of my creative endeavors. Paul is not only an amazing person, but a highly talented and established guitarist, whom I've had the pleasure to play alongside in a band for many years, but it doesn't stop there. ...He is also a highly sort after businessman, in the highly competitive banking sector. I guess you could say, Paul does it all. To Paul and his beautiful wife Danielle, I say thank you for your support, and I look forward to seeing my work grace your walls in your beautiful home. In this digital age, most photographs are shared and viewed online. This is fine-great, in fact because it allows photographs to be more easily seen and appreciated. But there's something to be said about a well made print, because it is the ultimate expression of a photograph. Message me for more information on how to own your own personal canvas print. -Steve.

12.01.2022 Swedens capital city spreads out over 14 islands in Lake Mälaren and looks out proudly to the Baltic Sea to the east. Her grand public buildings, palaces, rich cultural history and museums tell her 700 year-old history beautifully. Nowhere is this better illustrated than in the Old Town (Gamla Stan); expect and get cobblestone streets, crooked but beautifully preserved buildings, the Royal Palace, gothic churches and excellent cafés, bars, restaurants and Swedish design-ware shops.

12.01.2022 Day 5 of the 7 Day Nature Photo Challenge. Thank you to Aubrey Lee who nominated me for this challenge. The purpose of this challenge is to post one nature photograph each day while nominating another photographer to start the same process. 5. Long Reef Headland on Sydney's Northern Beaches- New South Wales, Australia. It's time to concentrate on my own back yard here in Australia for this next photo in the challenge.... Australia is world renowned for its beautiful beaches, Harbor, lakes and water ways, we are after all, surrounded by the stuff, water that is, and there is certainly a laid back way of life here. It may well be that we are a million miles away from everyone, and you know what, we kinda like it that way. The Northern beaches of Sydney offer a more secluded experience, and I for that matter, prefer that than the more popular ones like Bondi. I nominate another amazing photographer to reveal to us his amazing imagery, so I call upon my mate Adam Bovino, are you up for the challenge mate?

11.01.2022 Malta, an archipelago in the central Mediterranean between Sicily and the North African coast, is a nation known for historic sites related to a succession of rulers including the Romans, Moors, Knights of St. John, French and British. It has numerous fortresses, megalithic temples and the al Saflieni Hypogeum, a subterranean complex of halls and burial chambers dating to 3600 B.C.E. Megaliths, medieval dungeons and Calypso's Cave The Maltese Islands are positively mythic.... The narrow meandering streets of their towns and villages are crowded with Renaissance cathedrals and Baroque palaces. As the countryside is dotted with the oldest known human structures in the world, the Islands have rightly been described as an open-air museum. It boasts superb sunny weather, expansive beaches, a thriving nightlife and 7,000 years of intriguing history, there is a great deal to see and do. Valletta: Founded in 1565 by the Order of St John as a refuge for soldiers returning from the Crusades, Valletta is now the capital of Malta and a piece of living history. With an unsurpassed collection of original Baroque architecture, fortified city walls overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and the spectacular Co-Cathedral of St John, which features intricately carved stone vaults and a famed painting by Caravaggio, it is no wonder that this smallest of European capital cities is a world heritage site.

10.01.2022 The Northern Beaches is an area in the northern coastal suburbs of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia, located near the coast of the Pacific Ocean. All photos available in Photo Paper Print, Canvas and Acrylic Wall Mounts.

10.01.2022 Norway is a Scandinavian country encompassing mountains, glaciers and deep coastal fjords. Oslo, the capital, is a city of green spaces and museums, including the Edvard Munch Museum and the Norsk Folkemuseum, a collection of open-air historic buildings. Preserved 10th-century Viking ships are displayed at the Vikingskipshuset. Norway is also known for fishing, hiking and skiing

08.01.2022 Grand Teton National Park is in the northwest of the U.S state of Wyoming. It encompasses the Teton mountain range, the 4000-meter Grand Teton peak, and the valley known as Jackson Hole. Its a popular destination for mountaineering, hiking, backcountry camping and fishing, linked to nearby Yellowstone National Park by the John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Memorial Parkway.

05.01.2022 Day 4 of the 7 Day Nature Photo Challenge. Thank you to Aubrey Lee who nominated me for this challenge. The purpose of this challenge is to post one nature photograph each day while nominating another photographer to start the same process. 4. Shenandoah National Park. Virginia USA. I traveled to Washington DC in 2015 to go witness the historic fly over of an amazing display of WW2 planes to commemorate the 70th anniversary of VE day (Victory in Europe).... I met a great couple when I was there, and they had told me if I had seen Shenandoah National Park, and that I should if I hadn't. Well I hadn't and I wanted to. I was ready to trek back home, but decided to go on the lovely couples advise, and travel further away from home in NY to see this park. Well I got to the park alright, but I got there too late as I had missed the sunset. I almost gave up and headed back home, but something told me deep inside not to go, and so decided to stay another night, and the only place open that late was in Luray, which was well over an hour away. Well Luray ended up being a phenomenal place, as I met an old blacksmith there the next day, and I ended up forging a great friendship with him and photographing him work, and then blessed him with a book later on that I had made for him with all his photographs. I said my goodbyes, and headed out early to catch the sunset I wanted, and I headed out to a place called The Point Lookout, and as you can see in the photo, it didn't disappoint. I nominate another amazing photographer to reveal to us all her amazing imagery, so I call upon my beautiful cousin Jeskimo Pace, are you up for the challenge cuz? #Mountains #Sunset #

03.01.2022 The Blue Lagoon is a geothermal spa, and is recognized as one of the wonders of the world. 02.01.2022 The Grandmaster's Palace, officially known as The Palace, is a palace in Valletta, Malta. It was built between the 16th and 18th centuries as the palace of the Grand Master of the Order of St. John, who ruled Malta for a time, and was also known as the magisterial palace. It eventually became the Governor's Palace, and it currently houses the Office of the President of Malta. Parts of the building, namely the Palace State Rooms and the Palace Armoury, are open to the public as a museum run by Heritage Malta.

02.01.2022 Day 6 of the 7 Day Nature Photo Challenge. Thank you to Aubrey Lee who nominated me for this challenge. The purpose of this challenge is to post one nature photograph each day while nominating another photographer to start the same process. 6. Montana trip. An aerial view of Montana's mountain range. On tour with Dee Snider.... I loved Montana and its people so much that I had to post another from there. I fly a lot, and it's very rare I get an opportunity like this one. A window seat, with a clean window, and no wing in the way, plus a killer scene! Yep, the Stars lined up for me this day! This was taken on a recent tour with #DeeSnider. I nominate another amazing photographer to reveal to us all his amazing imagery, especially being from the area, so I call upon Yogi Bear, are you up for the challenge Yoges? #Montana #Mountains

02.01.2022 Day 2 of the 7 Day Nature Photo Challenge. Thank you to Aubrey Lee who nominated me for this challenge. The purpose of this challenge is to post one nature photograph each day while nominating another photographer to start the same process. 2. Arizona Desert USA. Road Trip cross country from New York to Los Angeles USA. The Arizona desert in the foreground, a majestic mountain range in the background, scattered cloud build up above, all mixed in with a hot setting Sun, are al...l hallmarks for an epic sunset. This scene made my brother John-Paul Pace and I make a sudden exit off interstate 10, to park on the side of the road and scatter for our cameras and equipment, as we only had a small window to capture this amazing sight. It was all worth it though, and when we eventually hit the road again, we were happy and content. I nominate another amazing Nature and Wildlife photographer to reveal to us all his amazing imagery, so I call upon Matt Timmermeyer, are you up for the challenge?

02.01.2022 In this series, I wanted to highlight my parents 50th wedding anniversary in Dec 2017. I chose the backyard, because it played a big part in our lives growing up. It was our playground, a source of food, and great family feasts and memories in the western suburbs of Sydney NSW. My parents were immigrants from Malta, who moved to Sydney in the 50's and 60's, where they later met, and then married in December 1967.
