19.01.2022 Sorry. ..... I want to say sorry to customers I had to turn away tonight. Sorry to any customers who couldn’t get what they exactly wanted. ... Today was crazy and as the owner, the buck stops with me. I honestly thought that with everything going on with coronavirus that there would less people wanting seafood or eating out..... I was wrong. We sold out twice today which meant that I had to close early and turn customers away. I genuinely feel bad having to do something like that. I always try my hardest to accommodate all my customers but things are out of my control sometimes. Even after slipping over in the cold room tonight and injuring my self fairly bad, I still managed to get the orders out with the help of my staff. We order stock in and with the amount of businesses shut down at the moment it’s getting harder and harder to get all my supplies in. I’m sure you all understand the difficult time we are facing right now. So once again. Sorry. Thanks everyone for the continued support. 14.01.2022 Good evening all. Just reminding you all that we will be open over the long weekend. We will open at 9 on Friday, Saturday and Monday. ... But 10am on Sunday. We will have prawns, fish and a limited number of oysters available. Please understand that supplies are limited at the moment due to what’s going on with Covid-19 and suppliers not supplying like before. We are doing our best to get in enough stock to meet the needs of our customers but sometimes things are out of our control. We will of course still be selling all our normal take away items as well for anyone who is not too keen on fish. Please share this around and let people know we are open. 09.01.2022 Hi All, We hope you are all hanging in there and getting through this hard time. As our worlds have changed so much over the last 6 weeks, so has customers spending patterns. ... We have found less customers coming in early and are now having their lunches later. We have found that our night time trade has also increased with other venues around the area being closed. As of tonight, we have made some changes to our operating hours to best suit the needs of our customers and cut down costs in ages for times where it cost more to have staff with no customers. Our new operating hours will be: SUN / MON / TUE - 11am to 9pm WED / THU / FRI / SAT - 11am to 10pm. These hours are temporary. As things return to normal we will adjust our hours to suit. Can I also advise that we will be doing happy hour each day. When you order between a certain time you’ll receive a 10% discount on your total order. This is from my staff and myself as a way to give back. We know a lot of people are doing it tough at the moment and we appreciate every one of the customers who walk through the door. We will have happy hour each day between 2-3pm. Hopefully this little saving will help out in someway. Once again. Thanks for your patronage and support. It means more then we can ever show. Monday’s are typically our quietist day of the week so public holiday rates on a quiet day would not be worth opening. ...
