Please note our services are not restricted to those listed below and I would appreciate any opportunity to demonstrate our services at very competitive pricing, Leaking Taps Replacement of tap washers or taps as required Flyscreens Replacement or new on doors and windows Internal Walls or ceiling / gyprock repairs required for tenant or accidental damage Door Repairs/replacement including locks and handles Painting Internal or external painting Glass/Window replacement whether accidental/tenant damage (after hours callout fee applies) Gutter cleaning/replacement we can arrange for one off service or annual-biannual service as required. Downpipes can also be done subject to inspection Yard Clean up from cutting/slashing grass to rubbish removal and dumping End of Tenancy cleans from $240 (excluding carpets, windows and yard which are available separately) Timber repairs/replacements for timber skirtings eaves pergola’s PROPERTY MANAGERS We understand your frustration when communication is poor! We have implemented a Systems based follow up service for Property Mangers: We contact the tenants within 24 hours of receiving the work order, We advise you via text within 48 hours if tenant can’t be contacted. Once the work order is completed we text you a confirmation. Also unlike most maintenance teams we are quite happy to communicate direct with owners if there is an issue with pricing or understanding what is involved in the work required to be done.
