22.01.2022 Hi Steve, Thanks Steve for your wonderful work. We think this chair came from Scotland with Heather’s grandparents in 1909. Our daughter’s father in law father now in his 90’s is in a Sydney woodcraft shed and repaired a damaged leg. Over the past year Belinda has done the tapestry for the seat.... We have arranged for it to be upholstered and it was delivered this afternoon at 2.30pm. Belinda was stoked when we sent her the photograph while at the checkout at Sydney Airport. The plane departs at 4.55pm. They will be in France until 16 January on a Battlefields and Winery Tour. Belinda’s husband Ian’s grandfather was in WW1. A good news story from Steve’s Upholstery.
