09.01.2022 A balcony restored by Sterling Restorations. The old coating had delaminated and was allowing water into the structure causing some minor concrete cancer. All the cancer has been treated and patched up. Here is the waterproof membrane which is very strong, capable of handling years of furnature and foot traffic.
