19.01.2022 Australia Day - all day Bbq & beers in Steves Backyard .... with non stop Aussie tunes we all know and love. Don't miss the last couple of days we will be open as Sunday we say farewell. Last meals will be early Sunday night.

16.01.2022 Farewell Backyard... Hello shiny new apartments! They say nothing stands in the way of progress and sadly Steves Backyard is closing down to make way for new apartments. Our last night of trading will be the 27th of this month, the day after Australia Day. We will be having a big day on the 26th so stay posted for updates and possible relocation of the kitchen.

01.01.2022 Steve, Tansy and the staff at Steves Backyard would like to thank everyone who shared our happy little urban restaurant. We have met thousands of people and made some great friends in the short time we have been open. As sad as having to close the doors is for us all, we have no regrets as the experience gives a life time of happy memories thanks to the wonderful people who joined us in Steves Backyard. One door closes only to present another opportunity for our next venture. God bless.
