25.01.2022 Check out this cracking little gem in Karama; perfect first home buy or investment! Open this morning 930am https://m.realestate.com.au/property-unit-nt-karama-1332332

24.01.2022 Happy clients are the most rewarding part of my career. So thrilled this morning to receive a hand written card from some recent clients who I now consider friends. Thanks guys!

22.01.2022 Good news for property owners yesterday with the government announcing the the continuation of the job keeper program. Myself and other industry experts had some concerns that the real estate market would face headwinds later this year with Jobkeeper and jobseeker finishing in September along with mortgage holidays being unfrozen at the same time. The darwin market is currently the most buoyant it has been since 2014 and this should help keep it bubbling along into 2021. More importantly it will help any struggling Territorians survive through our wet season

21.01.2022 Check out this little cracker in Leanyer-no body corporate and practically a duplex! https://youtu.be/j6iX221tF2E

20.01.2022 Lots of buying activity in the market place at with most correctly run auction campaigns attracting multiple registered bidders and often selling for above reserve. Buyers are perceiving now as a good time to enter the market and there’s light at the end of the tunnel for territory home owners

17.01.2022 Hopefully this is good news for Territory residents, with Santos investing 2.1B in the NT https://www.ntnews.com.au//75e69f970377d431720b17764388bc8f

14.01.2022 Congrats to Mel and Brad who were jumping for joy after purchasing their dream home in Tiwi on Wednesday. Darwin is currently experiencing a strong surge of buying activity and a large increase in the volume of transactions. Consumer confidence is finally returning and hopefully the worst is behind us. What’s your thoughts on the market?

10.01.2022 Hey guys, you’re invited to a showing at this great property in Fannie Bay. It’s not on the open market yet and this is exclusive to my Facebook tribe. This Wednesday, 5.30-6.30pm, I look forward to seeing you there

10.01.2022 Congrats to Izzy and Olly who moved into their dream home last week. And thanks for the kind words guys! :)

09.01.2022 Great opportunity to secure a property in a quiet cul de sac in the sought after suburb of Rapid Creek. Flick me a message and I can get you through!

09.01.2022 Margaret and John had intended to come back to Darwin, but as is often the case their plans changed so they put their Nightcliff property on the market. It sold at auction last night to a lovely family, Ed, Susannah and kids(pictured), who are stoked with their new home. I received this text this morning from Margaret , thanks for the kind words Margaret it was my pleasure! The Darwin market continues to go from strength to strength and it will be interesting to see how the next few months plays out.

08.01.2022 Market update The Darwin property market continues to go from strength to strength, with incredibly strong buyer demand heavily outweighing current supply. This has resulted in strong price growth in the last 8 weeks, particularly in the northern suburbs, the rural sector and Palmerston house sector. ... 57 leanyer drive sold last night at auction for well above reserve with 5 registered bidders and very spirited bidding. Central also just sold a 3 bedroom home in Tiwi setting the all time record sale price for a 3 bedroom home in that suburb. With positive population growth and the national trend of people moving to regional areas (which is here to stay) it will be interesting to see how things play out over the next few months

08.01.2022 Great news for the territory with open inspections and live onsite auctions now allowed. You can also now fish with a mate! As restrictions are eased I expect more consumer confidence and predict that the buyer energy we experienced earlier this year will return soon. Enjoy this beautiful dry season day how good is the territory!
