21.01.2022 I’m not a BAKER- Had a vision today to make bread, not your normal everyday bread but one containing Besan Flour- chick pea, parsnip, gluten free, fresh herbs from the garden- rosemary, parsley, chives, sage and chilli. It was an experiment- I think I added a little too much yeast- the top of the bread dropped - I was so surprised , I must admit it does taste good and we invented a new way to slice this top less bread loaf .
