25.01.2022 Cancelled? No. Just different.

21.01.2022 We passed inspection today! Well done everybody. Let's stay safe so we can keep meeting

19.01.2022 This Sunday, 16th August at 9.00am, we will be holding a special service to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of VJ Day. Victory over Japan Day is the day on which Imperial Japan surrendered in World War II, in effect bringing the war to an end. We normally do this at the Coomalie Airstrip but due to COVID-19 issues we have had to scale it down and relocate. St Fred's is a COVID-19 safe venue and we will be observing the normal safety precautions to allow us to mark this special moment in history. Bishop Greg Anderson will lead the service which will include the Ode, the Last Post, a minute's silence, the Reveille and special hymns and prayers relating to the event. All welcome! 30 Bees Creek Rd.

18.01.2022 In this Parish, across both of our locations (Fred's Pass and Batchelor), the Bible is not just a prop. Come on any Sunday and you will hear four readings: One from the Old Testament, a Psalm, a New Testament epistle and one from a Gospel. The Bible is central to our worship. We preach from these texts and we sing songs that reflect the Bible's teaching. A closed Bible is silent. In our lives we try to honour God by putting into practise what God has commanded and we look to... God's Spirit for the strength to serve him and our community faithfully. We aren't perfect. The Bible tells us that, but we have a God in whom perfection is found and a saviour, Jesus Christ, whose righteousness has been credited to us as the free gift of God's grace. If you don't have a Bible, contact me and I'll give you one. If you want to know what the Bible actually says, join us on any Sunday at 9.00am. We are: A welcoming Christian community that proclaims the Good News of Jesus Christ, nurtures faith and serves with love. Rev'd Phil Zamagias Senior Minister
