18.01.2022 Stage 7 asphalt (base course) has commenced today with wearing course to follow shortly afterwards. We anticipate light poles, top soil, street trees and nature strips to be completed by late-January’18 and we aim to be seeking title registration in February ’18.

12.01.2022 Exciting news in time for Christmas. Stage 6 has just received the final approval of the construction works from Melton City Council. We will be shortly completing all our paperwork and documentation to finalise our Statement of Compliance and Registration of Titles. We anticipate this process to be complete by mid-January ’18, resulting in settlements commencing in late January/early February’ 18. ... We then begin work on finalising Stage 7 and so on. Hope you all have a great festive season.

11.01.2022 We are pleased to announce that our Stage 7 roadworks are now complete and have commenced planting our beautiful street trees. During March we will be focussed on obtaining our compliance certificates and aim to register titles in April. Stage 8 will follow and so on.

08.01.2022 Greetings all. This is the most recent aerial of Diggers Rest taken on 29 November 2017. As you can see, the ark and wetlands are really taking shape and our last construction works have commenced being Stage 8 and 9.

07.01.2022 OUR PARK IS ABOUT TO OPEN. Construction fencing will be removed by the end of May 2018 and the Park will be open to all residents. We hope you enjoy working out on the gym equipment and playing in the playgrounds. ... Please note, the grass is still in establishment phase in the recently completed areas of the park.

06.01.2022 How the satellite recently viewed progress at St Genevieve. And how we hope the Easter Bunny sees St Genevieve. A recent developer update has been sent to owners. There are no additions to this at this stage apart from wishing you all a safe and happy Easter.

05.01.2022 We are pleased to advise that we have received Statement of Compliance for Stage 6 and will be shortly seeking registration of Titles at the Title Office. Our best estimate at this stage is for title registration by early/mid January 2018 with settlements commencing in late January 2018. Happy New Year to you and your family.

05.01.2022 We've just been given the green light. Titles have now been registered for Stage 7, which triggers the 14 day settlement window.
