We are pleased to share that we have lifted the lockdown and visits will be between 11:30am to 12:30pm and 4:30pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Sunday. For exceptions to this, please contact Fina Veukiso, Administrative Care Manager for approval email: [email protected] we will do our best to accommodate your request. For the health and safety of all residents, visitors and em...ployees, there are important precautionary measures that we need to ensure. Please note the following: 1. All visitors are required to wear a mask when visiting St George Aged Care 2. Please do not visit if you have travelled from overseas in the past 14 days or to any listed COVID-19 hotspots 3. Please do not visit if you have been in contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19 4. There is a maximum of two visitors per visit with a resident maximum of 1 hour 5. Please do not meet in common areas, go directly to your loved one's room or to the designated area 6. You must show evidence of your 2020 flu vaccination 7. (Please know that all visitors are required to wear a surgical mask while visiting our home. Also, it is critical that all visitors that reside in or have been to hot-spot areas do not visit the home as it is of the best interest of all residents and staff.)
