22.01.2022 Bring a friend to Speedo Heats this February The Speedo Sprint Series is a fun and exciting, entry-level competition for kids aged 8-13 years. This year the ...series kicks off at pools all across the state with Speedo Heats in February, and culminates in Sydney at Speedo Finals in March. If you're a kid that loves to swim but are unsure about how you'd go at a club, this is a great opportunity to try 50m races. Non-members are more than welcome at Speedo Heats! Find out when and where Speedo Heats are being run in your region: https://nsw.swimming.org.au/events/2021-speedo-sprint-series-heats talk to someone from your club committee, or ask your Swimming NSW Club Support Officer.

18.01.2022 Well done to all our 12 and under super stars today at the Peakhurst Mini Meet. There were some fantastic pbs, lots of medals and lots of smiles. Most of all we were all very well behaved and represented St George very well. You should all be proud. Congrats guys

10.01.2022 With great sadness, we say goodbye to not only 1 but 3 coaches. We would like to thank Chris Bartels Alex Sheil and Scott Featherstone for all of their hard work and efforts over the last few years. Scott is off to adventure around Canada for the next 12 months and will be onto bigger and better things when he returns home. We have loved your enthusiasm a and passion Scott and you will be very missed. Alex has been offered a big opportunity to become an Assistant Coach at SL...C Aquadot and has commenced that role as of this week. You were a great asset and have offered so much to our program but we look forward to seeing you around on pool deck soon. And to Chris, our S&C Coach over the past 5 years, thank you for all of your efforts and passion you have shown to this program. You have not only been a massive support to the swimmers but also the Coaching staff. Your sarcasm and passion will be sorely missed and is definately irreplaceable. Good luck with all of your future endeavors.

06.01.2022 As always we had a fun time at State Champs and came home with some pretty good results. Congrats to Sienna, Brendan, Daniel, Vanya, Vicki, Marshall, Jess, Jack, Clayton and Marcel on your swims this past weekend. Heaps of PBS and some big efforts. Special mention to Sienna on her 2 Bronze medals and top 10 efforts, Brendan on his silver medal and top 10 efforts and Vanya on his 2 silver medals and top 10 performances. Well done guys .

06.01.2022 7 years has come to an end. It has been a privilege and an honour to coach so many beautiful,wonderful kids. We have had our fair share of ups and downs and so much success and happiness. It has been a pleasure to watch you all grow up and become the amazing young people you all are today. I am sure I will see you all around on pool deck in the coming months, until than, that's a wrap from me. Keep swimming fast and enjoying yourselves .... Shaz
