25.01.2022 This weekend sees us host Chevalier College from Bowral. Unfortunately cricket has been cancelled due to this weeks weather. We are allowing one spectator per student this weekend. All will have to comply with current COVID requirements. 14.01.2022 Another weekend of strong results for SGC as we played host to Chevalier College. Unfortunately the weather resulted in the cricket being cancelled. Touch football and basketball were still able to be held with the following results: Senior Touch - Won 7-5. Best on Ground - James Sykes Junior Touch - Won 10-1. Best on Ground - Tyrel Kelly... U/13 BB - Won 31-11. Best on Court - Lindon Monck U/14 BB - Won 37-35. Best on Court - Victor Simon U/15 BB - Won 46-20. Best on Court - Tyrel Kelly U/17 BB - Loss 23-26. Best on Court - Luke Lo Giudice 1st V BB - Won 82-69. Best on Court - Jack Stewart Big congratulations to Jake Wright (Year 9 boarder from Lord Howe Island) who made his debut for our 1st V more than holding his own. Congratulations Jake.

13.01.2022 Some wonderful results yesterday in ISA sport with wins in Cricket, Junior and Senior touch and 13s, 14s and 17s basketball. The highlight of yesterday were some incredible individual performances: - Jake Wright scores 34 out of 36 points in the U/15s loss - Mason Rope scores 10 out of 11 tries in the Junior touch win - Matt Canellis and Harrison Quinn put on a hundred run partnership in cricket scoring 59 not out and 45 not out respectively; and - Nick Platts, on debut in t...he first XI, took 2-18 to turn the match in our favour and got a crucial run out. Overall some great results with victories in touch football, cricket and basketball across most teams. Well done to all.
