25.01.2022 Family Christmas Party Sunday the 13th of December 1pm @ South Barwon Reserve Food and Drink will be served at the bar... Come down and watch the Womens IX take on Torquay in the final game of the year for the girls. The final Swan Lotto draw will take place at the innings break and all Swan Lotto Drink Specials can be redeemed. We will have Santa and his helper Ed Swan in attendance after the game (if your child would like to be given a present please wrap it and put their name on it and hand it to the bar before innings break) The sun will be out, so it’s the perfect day to catch up with your Swans family and cheer on the girls. 24.01.2022 It's SWAN LOTTO time! Yes you may be sick of hearing about it, well there is one simple way to stop the video's . . . . buy a ticket! We have 70 sold and only 30 to go.... We do not need your money today, we need it by the first week of the draw (Due to COVID this is TBA). We just need you to let us know that you want a number reserved. 14.01.2022 This weeks X-Golf Geelong player of the round is crowd favourite Becky Linke. 52 runs off 35 balls 1/8 off 3 overs and a direct hit run out.... Great game Becky!

12.01.2022 We are excited to announce that from this Saturday the 21st of November, we will have hot food available at the bar from 4pm - 7pm. We will be trialling this over the next few 1sts Home Games (every second week) to see what the take up is. The Womens IX have volunteered to help us the first few weeks, but if anyone else would like to help please contact us.

12.01.2022 After 3 Father Sons yesterday, today we had our first Mother Daughter Duo play in our Womens IX. Congrats to the Bensons on the great achievement. Unfortunately the girls didn't come away with the win today, but we are back at home next week.

12.01.2022 Importantly the Womens IX had a massive win today to consolidate their spot in the top 3. With Becky Linke leading the way with her maiden 50 off only 35 balls and her first wicket for the Swans! Let’s hope the other 7 teams can finish the week off as well as the Womens IX started it Cheer Cheer

11.01.2022 South Barwon is now taking registrations for the Junior Blasters program for Season 20/21. Registration process is the same as registering for any other Junior side. The portal can be found via the link below. https://www.playcricket.com.au/club-finder/club-details...... Kick off date is Friday 20th November with sessions running from 5:30-6:30pm. We will have 5 weeks pre Christmas and then return on the 29th January for another 5 weeks to round out the year.

If you have reserved a place but not chosen a number please feel free to text me to reserve your choice of number, otherwise you will be allocated a random number.... Our "Early Bird Draw" will kick off the 10 draws, this is scheduled for the weekend of the 3rd of October. 08.01.2022 Our Favourite Day of the week, It's Swan Lotto Day and another $500 coming someones way. We understand that with Covid Restrictions not everyone has been able to get full use out of their Swan Lotto Drinks. As a committee we will do something to allow everyone to catch up on this, stay tuned for more information. Also on another note, please be careful when do come down to train/play that you lock up all of your valuables. This was posted yesterday and I am sure you have al...l heard about Ricky Maynards car being stolen from a game on the weekend. As teams make sure you help look after each others belongings.

07.01.2022 As I am sure you have all experienced over the last couple of weeks, our nets are in dire need of upgrading. Not only are they outdated but they are low lying, under water and the run ups are on the main oval. The club has been in discussions with both Pat Murnane - Candidate for the Kardinia Ward and Bruce Harwood - Kardinia Ward Candidate around the funding of our new training facilities. Pat & Bruce are both very keen to help us out as a club.... We ask you as a club member to like their page and share this to all of your friends and family. Vote Bruce & Pat Number 1 & 2.
