25.01.2022 Yesterday the Society of Saint Hilarion turned Adelaide Central Market into a mini Zeppoli Stall. We were honoured to participate in the Australia Day in the Market event where we did a cooking demonstration on our famous Zeppoli. The star of the show was Matilde Gallina - Campanella. Her passion for Saint Hilarion community and residents shined bright and you could smell the Zeppoli through the whole market. Thank you to Australia Day Council of SA, Adelaide Central Market... and Rosa Matto you put on a lovely event full of culture, tradition and food! Watch this space a special event is coming soon!

21.01.2022 Tuesday night representatives of Adelaides Italian Community had the privilege of officially welcoming the new Consul of Italy in South Australia, Mr Adriano Stendardo. Thankyou to Com.It.Es SA and the Department of Premier and Cabinet for providing a very warm and special welcome to the Consul.

20.01.2022 On Wednesday 16th October we celebrated our St Hilarion Mini Feast at Seaton. You may be asking yourself, what is the St Hilarion Mini Feast? The Mini Feast is especially dedicated to our care recipients that can not attend our Main St Hilarion Feast Day, therefore we make them feel included by holding the Mini Feast. The day begins with a small procession and mass followed by a fantastic lunch. The famous St Hilarion Zeppole also make an appearance.. There is plenty of entertainment also. Our care recipients and staff had the best time! Thank you to the team that put this together, a fantastic outcome.

After much deliberation the Executive Committee of The Society Of St Hilarion have made the very tough decision to Cancel This Years Feast Activities due to the current situation (COVID-19) and Government restrictions. It is with great sadness and heavy heart as this year would of marked our 65th Anniversary of our beloved Patron, St Hilarion here in Adelaide. We feel it is the responsible thing to do while also looking after our com...munities wellbeing. The Feast Day was scheduled to take place on Sunday October 25th. We have made the decision to hold a Procession and Mass *Invitation Only* on Sunday October 25th. Procession commencing at 1.00pm followed directly by Mass. 18.01.2022 Wow what a Fantastic night we had at the St Hilarion Pasta Night. It was great to see the community all come together for a great feed of Pasta and Dancing. A huge thank you must go out to all the wonderful volunteers and the Executive Committee of St Hilarion, without your support and dedication these fantastic fun filled nights wouldnt happen, so THANK YOU.. 10.01.2022 On Friday the 15th May we celebrated the May Feast of our patron St Hilarion. The reason for this celebration is that back in1855 due to drought, the people of Caulonia wished and prayed for rain from their Patron Saint by carrying their relic in a procession. The procession was to take place on 13th May. On the 14th, rain arrived!! Unfortunately this year we are forced to celebrate this day only in small numbers, but with the same emotions and intensity as ever. It... is with great sadness for the St Hilarion Community, but we will know how to treasure this moment of reflection. We will be able to appreciate more than before what is part of our identity, heritage & culture. Viva Sant'Ilarione See more

09.01.2022 On Sunday the 20th we celebrated, the commencement of St Hilarion Mission Week, which means entrance of the statue and Relic of St Hilarion into Mater Christi Church. On the same day In Caulonia Italy the Feast Of St Hilarion was being celebrated. This one photo attached has no explanation but just shear passion and devotion to the Society Of St Hilarion. The gentleman you see holding the Relic of St Hilarion is here in Adelaide, he is one of our long serving Honorary Members.... The lady you see next to him holding the original Relic of St Hilarion is in Caulonia Italy, walking in the procession. She is one of our Past Presidents on holiday. Believe it or not but they are Father & Daughter!! How ironic is that.. This was not planned...It was meant to be.. Our Past President also had the Honor of carrying the Statue Of St Hilarion See more

06.01.2022 Sunday 8th December the Society Of St Hilarion Executive Committee held their Members Christmas BBQ. It was fantastic to see so many members catching up with old friends while welcoming in the festive season. Thank you to the Molfetta Choir for entertaining us and our residents. 05.01.2022 Yesterday 16/02/2020 We were very proud to officially Open and Bless our Refurbishment of Villa St Hilarion - Fulham. Thank you to BIC - Bruce Interiors and Constructions for the wonderful work, a fantastic outcome. Thank you to all that attended. To our residents, the people that call the Villa home we hope you enjoy the new spaces for many years to come.
