01.01.2022 Just like everyone today I’ve been staring into my fridge and pantry and trying to find creative meal ideas. I had to bring a few things home from the cooking school that would have spoiled but otherwise it’s a real mish mash . So I thought I would share this Scribble list I’ve done this morning and then try to come back with some improvement later on ..... ps I put the blue cheese in the freezer for Xmas as I’m the only one in my family that likes it and I’ve got no one to entertain ! If you have a Scribble list and any ideas or creative feelings today we would love to know how your 6 day menu might be looking update- with help from my favourite cook book . I’m much happier with the outlook now . Squid for lunch .. I might post a pic later if it looks good !
