17.01.2022 As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve we are preempting a period of store closure. Whilst this is not a foregone conclusion and may not be for some weeks to come, we understand our client base rely on their equipment this time of year particularly for firewood collection. If your machine is due for its annual service in the coming months we ask that you bring it in as soon as possible to ensure we are able to support our customers and community as much as possible. Please be safe and care for one another.

10.01.2022 Further to our notice on Friday we wish to advise all our customers and the wider community that we will be closing our doors from 5pm this Tuesday March 24 in line with the government shut down of non essential services. We will review the closure on a daily basis in line with government guidelines. The most important thing to us is making sure our family, staff and the wider community remain safe. We will be unable to accept any further repair work into the workshop effecti...ve immediately. If you have an item that awaits your collection please collect on Monday. If you have a chain that needs sharpening please ensure this is dropped in as soon as possible on Monday to allow us the have it done and ready for collection on Tuesday. We appreciate the continued support of our amazing community and look forward to welcoming you when we are able to reopen. Please stay safe and be kind. See more

09.01.2022 Thanks to our customers this week that have been abiding by the distancing recommendations. This has helped us keep our doors open thus far and we greatly appreciate it. As always our priority is the health of our staff, families, customers and wider community. We ask for only 2 customers in the shop at any time to allow distancing in our small establishment. ... If anyone would like to phone ahead to pre-order, pay and simply pick up we will absolutely work with our customers to accomodate this. If you are in isolation and need something urgently please call us. Again, we will try and work with you to see if we can organise a non contact delivery. It has been a whirlwind week. Following the PM’s press conference this afternoon we are hopeful we can continue to remain open for the time being so long as we all apply a common sense approach. Thank again, stay safe and stay home (as much as possible)

02.01.2022 We promised we would revise our actions in response to the governments guidelines on business closure daily and the last 24 hours has been a whirlwind. The shut down of Victorian businesses as advised by Daniel Andrews yesterday has been replaced at last nights cabinet meeting by a Federal approach labelled Stage 1 shutdown focusing on entertainment venues and non essential gatherings. This means until advised otherwise our doors will remain OPEN! We feel it is important t...o communicate with our customers and community on a regular basis in these volatile times and will continue to provide updates. If you can please stay home and make sure we don’t need to go to Stage 2 shut downs. Stay safe https://www.premier.vic.gov.au/statement-from-the-premier-/
