17.01.2022 Matagarup Bridge has now been open to the public for over a year and this challenging electrical and lighting installation remains one of our proudest achievements to date. Reaching a maximum height of 72 metres and total length of 560 metres, the Matagarup bridge resembles two flying swans, with the bridge arches representing the wishbones. Others see this as a swimming dolphin, a Wagyl serpent or even a ribbon. The bridge features some 900 metres of colour-changing LED lighting with the capability to display over 16 millions colour combinations in an unlimited number of dynamic programmable shows. Thanks to all involved.

10.01.2022 Another successful architectural lighting project by Stiles Electrical has been launched this week by the City of Perth. The Trafalgar Footbridge lighting project was fully designed and constructed by Stiles Electrical with support from lighting supplier and controls specialist Light Application. The installation features 310m of addressable colour-changing LED strip mounted to the suspension cables and horizontal i-beams, 16 addressable RGB flood lights grazing the main support columns and a Pharos lighting control system. The lighting control is integrated into the City of Perth's central lighting system via a fibre link allowing shows to be streamed remotely and instantaneously.
