25.01.2022 What an amazing location for a wedding and reception.... Pre tension nerves gave way to much fun and mischief on Shani and Chris's beautiful wedding day... A lovely sunny day ended in a huge electrical storm and as a result our after the ceremony photo's were a little rushed to say the least. We were fanging around in golf buggies looking for locations as the sky grew blacker and blacker and the lightening was getting closer and closer.... it was a bit scary but being a bit o...f an adrenaline junky... it was fun at the same time. For me every wedding is so different for many reasons from the location to the style of wedding etc..... But every wedding has the same common denominator ..... love, friendship, celebration and generosity. For me every wedding that Iv'e photographed at the end of the night I come away thinking "wow I was part of something really special today" I feel privileged and very blessed........ xx See more

21.01.2022 Linda and Lindsay held their wedding and reception on their beautiful property located just out of Coffs Harbour. I went out about six weeks earlier to talk over things with Linda and also to look around and sort out some locations. At that time Lindsay was madly watering freshly seeded grass area's that were to be used for the ceremony. We were in the grip of an extremely dry time and I must admit I wasn't all that hopeful for the grass to be ready in time for the wedding.... even with a beautiful big dam of water for irrigation. I couldn't believe the transformation in the grounds by the the time the wedding came around.... it was lush and green :-) About a week out from the wedding we had some beautiful much needed rain ......phew!!!!
21.01.2022 Cindy and Kieran's December wedding handed over today... I will share some of their awesome day once they've had a chance to look at their images first.
20.01.2022 It's so cool seeing one of my art images being used as the cover for this awesome equine publication. I know first hand how special this horse was as he touched my heart the same way he did many. I named the image "Standing Strong" It's referring to the the bond we have with that once in a lifetime horse. The connection is ever present... ... It reaches into our heart in the same way the roots of the tallest trees grow deep into the earth. I'll finish this post with the beautiful words Kerrie wrote for her soul horse "Palomine" "He is still "Standing Strong" in our minds and hearts although now watching over us from above in heavens forest."
20.01.2022 A few weeks back I finally got to do an engagement shoot with Amber, Josh and their ponies Abe and Teddy. We had been trying to organize it for a while but weather events and the lock down made things a bit of a challenge for us. To be honest, I'd never done a couple shoot with their horses before so it was a bit of a learning curve for me. Amber and Josh were such good sports and the horses were very well behaved and put up with all sorts of situations. We were so lucky wi...th the lovely winter afternoon light and the beautiful country as a back drop..... You couldn't ask for better :-) It really was a joy for me photographing a couple in love doing what they enjoy....... Thanks so much Amber and Josh I definitely enjoyed our afternoon xx

Once we've worked out your order I will give you a price and also my payment details. PRICES 2020-2021 Digital files are $15 each or if you buy 10 or more each image is reduced to $10. 19.01.2022 I was invited to photograph Cindy and Kieran's wedding day back in December 2018. It was held at the absolutely beautiful Bonville Golf Resort. In attendance were friends and family, some of which had traveled from overseas to be a part of this special day. Cindy put so much planning into this beautiful day and it went without a hitch...... well almost!! The day before the wedding Kieran was taken to hospital and as a result his appendix were taken out...... omg, I couldn't b...elieve it. There were a few very stressful hours for the couple and their family's wondering if Kieran would be well enough for the wedding. What trooper's Cindy and Kieran were.... Cindy didn't let the worries of what had happened in the last 24 hours show and Kieran though very sore still carried on as though nothing had happened. The day was magical....with the amazing forest chapel, the beauty of the scenery around the resort. Then there was the absolutely stunning bride and her brave and handsome man. And of course a fun bridal party and all the happy friends and family that all made for a perfect day.....
18.01.2022 Last Christmas Eilidh was given one of my photo shoot gift vouchers from her mum Michelle. Michelle wanted something special for Eilidh as she was heading off to Uni in the new year. When Michelle contacted me about the shoot I thought to myself, what a lovely gift from a mum to her daughter. I was wrapped when I arrived at the location for our session......everything was so pretty :-) Though it was very hot and windy on the day we had a lovely time wandering around the b...eautiful property finding great locations for our shoot. Thanks Michelle, Eilidh and Ollie for having me out to make some beautiful memories together. See more

16.01.2022 Hi guys, it's been a while since Iv'e posted anything here on my page. Sadly my photography has taken a bit of a backseat for a while due to ill health and work commitments. I have however been photographing a few clinic's run by "River Horse Training and Trekking" based up in Ebor NSW. I can't praise these clinics highly enough....... The main focus of these women's clinic's is on getting women back into the saddle or even just comfortable on the ground around horses again.... These ladies may have had a bad fall or been off raising their children, studying or whatever distraction/ commitment life has thrown their way. But it seems to me that they all share a common thought.... Tucked away in their hearts is an undying wish to reconnect with horses or regain a confidence that's been lost somewhere along the way. Erica and Kate have a gift of knowledge that they give whole heartily to their pupils...... it's amazing to watch. So many "light bulb" moments with the ladies, so many smiles. Even the odd tear that's come from letting go of past experiences and the realization that you're not alone and there is help and a heap of new found skills to draw on. Erica and Kate also do clinic's in other locations if there is enough of a demand. If any of what you have read makes you think ...I wonder if that's something I should do???? 14.01.2022 THE GUY FAWKES HERITAGE HORSE ASSOCIATION 2020 Open Day These are some of the horses that were for sale at the open day. *PLEASE NOTE* some of these horses are already SOLD. Also these horses have been through severe drought and fires in the park..... so understand that the condition of some of them is a reflection of the conditions they were experiencing prior to coming to the holding facilities.... Please contact the Guy Fawkes Heritage Horse Association for any details about these horses. I'm just an equine photographer that supports the association with my coverage of their events in a bid to do my bit to help out.... :-) See more

10.01.2022 I always love this part of a wedding day... getting to know the bridal party in a relaxed yet excited atmosphere is such a blast. There's always a mix of much laughter, nervous anticipation and emotions that it's almost tangible. Seeing the bride and groom surrounded by the people that love them the most is to me such a special privilege to be a part of.... it blows me away every time. There was much love and fun on this special day...... that's for sure :-)
08.01.2022 What can I say.... combining my two favorite photography loves (weddings and horses) :-) I was over the moon when Aaron and Sarah contacted me last year and asked me if I would like to be their photographer. When Aaron mentioned that they would like to include their horse in the ceremony I was super excited ....yay... It's a BIG yes from me :-) When the day arrived I made the half hour drive to Scotts Head. I always get to the location way early to get my bearings and get i...nto the zone...lol When I got out of my car I've thought, oh it's a bit hot.... then when I got out onto the beach my thoughts had gone from it's a bit hot to OMG!!! I'm actually melting. I had a moment of thinking, oh boy, "I dont think I can do this" so I went back to my car got a cold drink and a straw hat, stood in the shade for a while and composed myself..... Thankfully with every few minutes that past it seemed to cool down a little. By the time the guests arrived you could actually walk on the sand..... When Aaron came into view with his horse Marty (who I hadn't seen before) I've let out a little YYEESSSS ..... A PRETTY HORSE :-) And Marty was such a cool dude too, he absolutely loved being the center of attention, getting lots of pats and cuddles. He also seemed to love getting his photo taken... funny boy. It was such a lovely casual ceremony with only a handful of family and special friends oh and a dog.... The lovely "Married by Simon" with his friendly way added to the relaxed vibe of the ceremony too.... Then as soon as the ceremony was over and the group photo's were done the sky changed...just like that it went from full on sun and blue sky to completely hazy misty sort of light...weird It was so cool to see Aaron and Sarah so chilled and happy... not to mention "oh so cute" to photograph as a couple. And of course the extraordinarily handsome "Marty" was the cherry on the cake.... It truly was a beautiful afternoon... Thanks Sarah and Aaron for having me along to share in you day xxx
07.01.2022 As I mentioned in the Ceremony Album.... we finally got much needed rain a week out from the wedding day..... well it didn't stop there. We had rain on the day as well. During the ceremony it was getting darker and darker and just as things finished up....down it came. We had this amazing location for our after the ceremony photo's picked out. It was by the river on a neighbors property, It involved driving over creek crossings and through paddocks to get to it though and due... to the now "wet" conditions was a no go. Luckily I had already thought this might be the case and had plan B up my sleeve. Linda and Lindsay were so easy going with how the weather had changed things for us... they just went with it. We had umbrellas and a bridge to huddle under... lol We had hoped to do more with Linda's horses on the day but there again the rain made it to difficult. All in all we got some nice shots and had fun doing them. I had "THE BEST" umbrella holder and "Now Smile" assistant ever :-) See more
07.01.2022 THE GUY FAWKES HERITAGE HORSE ASSOCIATION 2020 Open Day I had such a great day out at the Open day today. Everyone that attended looked to enjoy all that was on offer. From the (fresh off park) horse handling demos to some in hand tricks from schooled GF horses. Also general informative talks about what the Guy Fawkes Heritage Horse Association is all about to an interesting talk by a representative from the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service... (I didn't catch his name) He was there to draw the raffle that the association have be running over the last few months. The prize being a 1 hour 30 minute flight over the Guy Fawkes River National Park for up to 3 people with Fleet Helicopters Armidale, it was won by an Armidale local.... how cool is that. I forgot to mention the yummy food and awesome merchandise that was on sale throughout the day... The day is a credit to the volunteers that give so much of themselves to this awesome association..... not just at the open day but EVERYDAY....... Thank you ...... you guys are amazing. These are some of the images that I got on the day.... I have more that I took of the horses that were offered for sale on the day. I will put them up on my page as a separate album when I finish editing them.

04.01.2022 And then the skies opened up......wet...wet ...wet Such a fun night... good food, lots of beverages, music, dancing... even me I can't help myself.... lol Most of all great people enjoying them selves. The love and friendship in the gazebo was evident everywhere I looked.... so awesome :-)

02.01.2022 Yay... today I'm off to a property in Bucca to photograph my first horse and rider shoot for 2019.... super excited :-) And then next weekend it's off to Scott's Head to photograph an equine infused beach wedding....
