14.01.2022 Hi guys I will be co-hosting this event with lovely Lucy Butler in a couple of weeks at the local Riverdell Spiritual Centre. If you feel it could benefit you to put a few hours aside to nurture yourself and learn some new skills then we would love to share some time with you.... Our afternoon will include yoga and meditation that is suitable for all levels of experience including beginners, along with some nourishing conversations and activities that centre around the topic of self-love.
