22.01.2022 My away from home meditation seat I think I could get use to this! ... Sitting in nature makes it more accessible in connecting with your divine nature. It’s crucial for us humans in this wild wacky world to remember who we truly are. Taking yourself to a space that allows complete retreat in nature will serve you well. In ways that can truly lift you out of the continuous stream of thought provoking things. Here’s some ways nature supports your meditation practice; 1.... Nature is fully alive and this aliveness reminds you of that aliveness within you. 2. Nature doesn’t think. She supports the non thinking in you. 3. Nature ebbs and flows. She can remind you that just like her, you ebb and flow. Allow that to unfold. 4. There’s no humans or minimal- humans have this constant dialogue streaming through them endlessly (unless they have learnt mindfulness or other ways to quieten the over active mind) that radiates into the world. Times that by thousands of humans and your trying to sit and calm your own mind in that energy. Nature shows you all that you are feeling and reveals your true essence. A great way to learn these ancient healing practices. Maybe you can take a morning, a day or a few days where you take yourself into the world of nature. 11.01.2022 I went about creating this ball for two reasons; 1. because I wanted a ball to support hypothalamicpituitaryadrenal axis regulation ( HPA axis) and 2. because I wanted something simple to eat, but had incredible benefits. I also want to thank-you all for your support through the bumps of 2020. It certainly has been a year of uncertainty, change and death. I have experienced the teaching on "Impermanence" in such depth this year. I feel this is the blessing (although challenging) of this year. To flow with "what is...", to live with more acceptance in our hearts. So a HUGE thank-you to you for your patience and understanding as we find our feet and new space to share STM delights!
