25.01.2022 I just want everyone to know that the last 6 years have been some of the best fun I've ever had working. I have met sooo many wonderful, clever, funny, caring and generous people and I have looked forward every morning, 6 days a week to seeing who would come through the door. I always knew I would have a fabulous coffee from Bernadette and Dave at Local, that I would walk past Alf in the dry cleaners buy some smoked pork chops from Polly and check my ticket with Paula at the ...Tatts shop. A couple of kilos of the best apples from George, a flash of colour and movement from That Little Boutique, some gossamer covered clouds from Trotters and soo much more. Lois would bring in a couple of fresh off the Singer aprons after she finished at the crossing. The fun and excitement of opening orders, going to Trade Fairs and seeing Reps and talking about new stuff and bargains. Hastings is probably one of the very few waterside towns 1 hour from Melbourne that still has yet to be discovered. I am glad I have known it as the rough diamond. See more

20.01.2022 We are now on the final count down. The shop is quite skeletal but there are still bargains to be had. There are a few surprises that were hiding in storage. Up to 70% off rrp. 09.01.2022 Things are moving so quickly! Sprinkled over the next two weeks, the last of my outstanding orders are arriving and then I imagine I will be looking at closing for the last time around mid-June. It has been lovely seeing everyone and being able to say thank you for the support. I don't won't anyone to miss out on a bargain so, please, all come and get something. (It will also help the pocket when final bill paying happens.) Victoria
