Stirling Business Centre provides support to the local small business community through business coaching, training, mentoring, and networking. 20.01.2022 Recycling at SBC A big thank you to the Amelia Heights Scout Group for reaching out to SBC about their new recycling initiative as part of the WA Government's Containers for Change scheme. We're delighted to be able to support them in making a difference. From now on, tenants and staff will be able to recycle additional everyday items, with bottle tops being made into 3D printer plastic via Green Batch and ring pulls & bread tags supporting wheelchairs for those in need. ...This is alongside our standard paper and cardboard recycling and Nespresso coffee pod recycling. How do you contribute? We think every little bit helps!

20.01.2022 A big welcome back to our tenant, Andrew from Visa Makers Pty Ltd & Visa Makers Online. Andrew first joined us at SBC in August 2017 and was a participant in our Momentum business coaching program since its inception. Last year with a baby on the way, Andrew decided to leave Stirling Business Centre and split his time between his home office and working from the city. Recently though Andrew has opted to move back into his old office at the centre and rejoin the Momentum coach...ing program. My time away from SBC really made me appreciate what the centre has to offer. It has really connected me and my business back to the local Stirling business community. It has allowed me to have a quiet space where I can focus and be super productive. I also took the opportunity to re-join the Momentum coaching program which gives me the accountability I need again. I have a great work/life balance and to top it all with the centre just 15 minutes away I can get back on my bike again and keep fit. 12.01.2022 Say hello to our new tenant, Georgia Georgia is the Managing Director of Bulhari, a certified Supply Nation business specialising in Native Title Trusts, corporate travel, and corporate governance/business development. We asked Georgia what drew her to our offices:... "At first blush, working from home following the onset of COVID-19 was quite attractive. I could work from any location, time with family was more flexible, and my schedule was pretty much my own. The novelty for me however, wore off within several months. We asked John why Stirling Business Centre was a good fit for him and his business: "Like many other great businesses before me, I started mine from the home office. I am fully set up for remote working and truth be told, I don’t necessarily need an office, as I spend my day on zoom calls and visiting client’s businesses. However I realise the benefits of joining a business community like Stirling Business Centre, where ...I can meet like-minded individuals and create meaningful relationships. I have only been here a short time and already feel very welcomed by everyone I meet. It is also good to have that separation from home and work. Otherwise it’s easy to fall into the trap of not knowing when the work days starts or ends!
