25.01.2022 8 Sleeps by my counting until our train event, but adding up was never a talent for me I have just created a Kid's Corner on our website to prepare your little ones for their visit to the trains. Let me know if you have any good kid friendly activity links and I will put them up for all to share. By the way, Kneebouncers is our family's favourite! https://www.ndmes.org.au/welcome/kids-corner/

We need people who are prepared to help with the run days and maintenance days on Saturday and Tuesday mornings. Our Club membership is aging and we do need more young people, or people who are able and willing to give a hand. If you are interested please contact [email protected]

However, if the situation changes we will inform you via this Facebook page as usual, and at our website at: ndmes.org.au. We apologise for any inconvenience to you and your family. However, our volunteers, with the help of a stone mason, are still using this time to make the Club grounds beautiful for your return.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that we cannot maintain the required social distancing when riding our trains, we are still not able to open for our public run day. Follow us or our website for up to date information. However, we have been busy keeping our little railway station beautiful and the gardens lush in readiness for your familys return to our club. Our members have met about this issue and have decided to open on the 29th March. However, we may be required to close if the Government or the Council ban meetings of more than a 100 people. If there are any further developments then we will give an announcement on this, and our other Facebook pages and also on our website at ndmes.org.au.
