19.01.2022 Those first moments you get to hold them. Kiss them. Smell that sweet new baby smell. It’s pure bliss!
18.01.2022 Don’t forget it’s Mother’s Day this Sunday! Make sure you send big love to your mums and women in your life who have made an impact. You may not be able to give them a big snuggle but there are plenty of ways you can show them you love them!
17.01.2022 On Sunday these two eloped. Surrounded by their parents I got to witness them say I Do! Lauren and Dylan you guys are so lovely and so in love! 11 years together has forged a bond so tight I can’t wait to see what the next 50 odd hold
15.01.2022 There is no place like mummy’s cuddles and I think we all need a (air) hug right about now.

12.01.2022 Photographing these two was a perfect start to my Covid enforced hiatus from photography. Their little shoot was filled with Joy, warmth (and warming each other up) and love! Can’t wait to photograph their big day in December!

07.01.2022 If these two won’t brighten your Saturday I don’t know what will! It certainly made my morning playing with these two!
06.01.2022 Stacey + Kevin were supposed to elope in Hawaii but Rona and 2020 had other plans so instead they eloped on their property with Stacey’s daughters there to witness this very special day. And lucky me got to come along for the ride!
05.01.2022 Married for 2yrs, 1 mth, 8 days and only just getting around to editing my wedding photos s whoops! I should explain. Rudi and I had a six week engagement. I was living between two countries and Rudi was coming over to Australia for Christmas so he said why don’t we just get married then. I thought why not?... We had the perfect evening. We had a dear friend take a few photos before. We arrive at our ceremony where a handful of people we dearly love were waiting with drinks in hand (we kept it intimate as so many of our loved ones were spread so far apart we knew we couldn’t have everyone there). One of my dearest friends married us then we ate amazing food on the balcony of one of our favourite restaurants. The night was perfect and yes I’m including that we ended up at a karaoke bar in that. The next day we set off on the great ocean road for our honeymoon. It was bliss and little did we know that we would get the greatest gift/miracle on that adventure our honeymoon baby! When we arrived back I moved to Bali. Rented a new home, life was great! Then my pregnancy took a turn and I returned to Adelaide to save our child’s life and spend 5 mths on bed rest. Rudi moved to Australia a week before our tiny girl was born (she was a month early and half the size of a normal baby). Insert the whirl wind of a newborn. You know that bleary eyed new parent haze where everything is wonderfully out of whack. You are so in love, learning, growing and missing your old friend sleep! This crazy beautiful life took over and I forgot all about the Raw files sitting on my hard drive. And in a strange turn of events I’m kind of glad. I mean sure it’s nice to see photos of me pre baby and pre bags under my eyes utterly in love. Looking at them takes me right back to that perfect balmy night. That night was great! But that night was the beginning of something wonderful. My family. It was a great opening night. A tough act to follow. But in reality the nights I have laid in my husbands arms, held Asher and soaked them in have topped it! I’m glad I spent my moments present with them, doing the everyday and enjoying the moments, watching her grow, watching us grow. I’ve tried to be present instead of living in the past. Like I said the opening night was amazing but every night we perfect our perfectly imperfect story a little more and the moments that have filled our lives have only grown our love and our family. But don’t get me wrong I’m getting some printed ASAP
03.01.2022 I had the privilege to go out to the country on Sunday and photograph a beautiful family. One I have photographed for many years. But this shoot was extra special... Four generations on the family farm. We had a few photos on the veranda where nana and pa watch the world go by.
03.01.2022 They are in love already! These two big brothers are going to love and cherish this little one!
03.01.2022 Loved photographing this family this week.... I first met this lucky mum when we were both single and built our first homes next door to each other. Wow have times changed but we both wouldn’t have it any other way!
