19.01.2022 The team and I wanted to touch base with you and give you some information as to what we are doing as a business to help with your catering needs in this time of uncertainty with the corona virus (COVID-19) Firstly we can confirm that none of our owners or staff have traveled overseas in the past month, nor have any travel plans for the next 3 months. We have always adhered to a strict cleaning and sanitizing procedures and schedules, but this has now increased and we are all... on extremely high alert for the safety of all of you our customers, suppliers and staff. We have found a number of ways to assist in this time We would like to offer individual wrapping service for all Sandwiches, wraps and baguettes being catered for at no extra cost. All our meals that come served on platters to share we are happy to individually portion for you again at no extra cost. We are also taking pre orders on pre prepared, family or freezer meals either individual portions or catering size trays are available. For example Funerals can have 50 people but Wakes are a separate event and must adhere to the limits of the venue-which in most cases is 20. So we came up with this idea for a client today.... Introducing 'Wake boxes'-a small offering for your guests to take home. Picture one has Fish goujons (handmade), calamari ring, spanakopita, feta, kaseri, tomato, cucumber, tzatziki, tarama a...nd ciabatta roll.
