14.01.2022 Today’s little experiment passion fruit and hibiscus tea brined chicken breasts, soaked over night and one pumped with ghee before cooking also. Rubs are as shown, cooked indirectly 300f till internal temp hit 165f, used nectarine wood and a mix of cleanheat redbag/ olive pip. ( finished off two bags ) Then brushed with butter and maple syrup mix. Sliced and served with Weber spuds... Crunchy noodle salad. See more

Game on takes you on a totally different journey l, this rub is seriously an all rounder also. We have sampled this on lamb, beef, pork cutlets and ribs , made pizza dough base, used in a stirfry. Even in the weekend scrambled eggs. If you going to taste test a product you must really take it to its limits. Then you have the bacon cure, we have eaten many of samples of toms home made bacon over time. The name really does say it all. Do yourself a favour and trying making your own home cure bacon. You will only buy supermarket stuff in an emergency or if unwanted house guests arrive . This is the closest to most butcher shop bacon you will get the real deal. You would be crazy not to pre order some.
