24.01.2022 Congratulations to our Year 10 Boys Volleyball team who won Bronze in Division 1 at the Queensland Intermediate Schools Cup Volleyball Tournament. The tournament was over three days and the boys played some excellent Volleyball! Well done Dragons
23.01.2022 We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Lucas Josefsen (Year 12) has signed with the Australian Volleyball Academy for 2021. Lucas will be moving to Canberra to pursue his volleyball dreams and train with the best Athletes in the country at the Australian Institute of Sport. Congratulations Lucas on your new adventure!! 21.01.2022 JTAS ATHLETICS Congratulations to our JTAS Athletics team who competed at the JTAS Athletics Carnival on Friday. It was a windy day but the forecast rain managed to stay away. St John's placed 2nd overall behind Canterbury College. Age Group Results:... 19.01.2022 INTERSCHOOL EQUESTRIAN || Congratulations and best of luck to Sophie Nicholls (Year 9) who is aiming to qualify for the Equestrian State Championships to be held in Toowoomba in October having recently competed at Fig Tree Pocket in a showjumping day. She won the 1.20m AM5 showjumping class and was 5th overall on Booroodabin Bella. She was 6th in the Superphase on Booroodabin Galaxy and 12th overall on this horse who is still recovering from major surgery. A commendable effort and strong qualifiers for the State Championships. 14.01.2022 || JTAS CROSS COUNTRY || Beautiful day out at St Paul’s where our JTAS Cross Country team had a successful day! Congratulations to Eamon Byrne who won the 11 Years Boys age group. 14.01.2022 II TAS Cross Country II On Friday morning our Secondary students competed at the TAS Cross Country carnival at St Paul's School. A cool and foggy start to the day turned into a beautiful day for competing. Finn O'Grady (Year 11) placed 3rd in the Open Boys age group and Craig Cadman (Year 7) and Tamika Gee (Year 8) narrowly missing the podium placed in 5th. Benjamin White (Year 7) claimed 6th Place and Tahlia Fisher (Year 8) finished 8th and Andrew Byrne (Year 8) finished 9t...h. Congratulations to all runners on their efforts! 13.01.2022 JTAS We saw some great results from Round 4 of JTAS last week. AFL had their first round of fixtures on Friday night with all teams winning a match and our Year 4/5 Red team going undefeated. The highlight on the Tennis Courts was the St John's Red Team who beat St Paul's 6 sets to 0. Saturday was the last round of Touch Football with the stand out performers being the Year 6 girls who went undefeated. Well done on a great round of JTAS!
10.01.2022 II JTAS and TAS Sport - Saturday 22nd August II We managed to get one round of games in on Saturday morning before we had to take the necessary safety precautions surrounding Covid-19.
