25.01.2022 St Johns Choir students and School Captains performing at the Colin Thiele Celebrations today in the Eudunda Gardens. The choir performed well, despite the extreme weather conditions, as did our school captains in presenting readings from 2 of Colin Thiele's book's: 'Farmer Schultz' Ducks and 'Storm Boy'

22.01.2022 Staff and Students embraced the theme of 'CRAZY HAIR' casual day held today - what an amazing array of colourful, quirky and creative hairstyles there were! Well done to all the Students and Staff and of course the Parents who put alot of careful thought and creative flair into producing some amazingly CRAZY HAIRSTYLES! The Student representative council will donate the funds raised from today's event to the Women's and Children's Hospital Foundation.

13.01.2022 Further to correspondence that went home to school families today - Please be advised that due to the Government announcements made today St John's will be closed until Wednesday 25 November. 12.01.2022 This week we welcomed 2 new arrivals to St Johns - Meet' Dusty' and 'Snowy' the chickens. Mrs Ruediger and her 2/3 class were delighted to welcome back 2 of the chicks that hatched in the incubator in their classroom in Term 2. The students were excited to see how much the chicks had grown. The chickens have quite an audience at recess & lunchtimes as they are proving to be very popular with all of the students.

10.01.2022 Today for Rememberance Day Principal Michael Bowmer along with the year 6 class attended the War Memorial in Eudunda. Our school captains placed a wreath in honour of those who fought for our freedom. We will remember them.

08.01.2022 Today is Walk Safely to School Day. Students from each class enjoyed a walk around Eudunda in the lovely spring sunshine

04.01.2022 This morning we fare welled Mrs Ruediger and a very excited Year 2/3 class as they head off for an overnight stay at Monarto Zoo. Have a great time everyone

03.01.2022 We had 12 students represent St Johns at the SAPSASA District athletics track and field events held at Lyndoch Oval today. We thank our PE Coordniator Mrs Cluse for providing our students with this opportunity and we congratulate all students on their efforts today.

01.01.2022 YEAR 6 Students off to to the City! This morning we farwelled Mrs Cluse and her year Six Class as they head off to Adelaide for a 3 day city camp. The group will be based at Warradale Urban Campsite. We look forward to hearing all about their adventures when they return!

01.01.2022 Physical education week finished with an explosion of colour at St John's today! Staff, students and parents came together to participate in the annual COLOUR RUN and what a colourful day it was Thanks also to Dave from Rugby SA who came to the school on Wednesday to run a Rugby clinic which the students enjoyed participating in.
