24.01.2022 Good Morning All, Prep & Year 1 Swimming will be tomorrow morning, Wednesday 25 November 2020. Prep is to be dropped off at 0820hrs just like on a Monday morning. 21.01.2022 We observed Ash Wednesday by having a school Mass with Fr Emene.

16.01.2022 Prep learnt how to login to their chromebook for the very first time today. We also practised using the mousepad to move objects in some Math Games. Thank you Year 5 for helping us set up our profiles on the chromebooks.

16.01.2022 Last Friday we had our End of Year Mass and Awards Presentation.

16.01.2022 Our Year 7 students had a fantastic day with Jen from Queensland Minerals and Energy Academy learning about water, its importance as a renewable resource and treatment options. Their findings from the experiments were consolidated with a visit from Glencore Ernest Henry Mining’s civil engineer, Jacob, and Senior Environmental Advisor, Phil, who demonstrated how the methods they used today to filter & treat water are used in the construction and operation of water infrastructure in the real world (albeit at a much larger scale at EHM!) #sjcbringingtherealworldtotheclassroom

Each class have been working super hard on their Christmas performances which will be presented on Wednesday. Families can start arriving from 5:30pm.... Due to COVID restrictions, this is an event which you will need to register for. Our house captains will be representing St Joseph’s at the Councils Remembrance Day Service this morning. The remainder of the school will stand together this morning for a minute of silence to show our respect and gratitude for the sacrifices made by the armed forces. ... We are thankful for the world we live in today.

03.01.2022 Run Club Update: Well it has been two weeks since we had Run Club due to camp and everything else that has been going on. However, we have some very exciting news. The first of our Health & Fitness Club shirts have arrived and look awesome!... On top of this, we have some students that are extremely close to getting these shirts by the end of the year. Run Club is on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 0730hrs - 0800hrs. Well done to those students who repeatedly come for a run, great to see! Regards, Scott Murray
