21.01.2022 Please help! Every child deserves to feel loved at Christmas. St Vincent de Paul's are collecting and contributing food and drink items for families in need, as well as gift donations for children this Christmas ... To help: take a greeting tag from our Christmas Tree in the Front Office. Read who the gift is for and donate something that would be suitable for the given gender and age-group. Please do not wrap the gift, return it with the tag attached and place it under the tree for easy allocation (we will wrap it) In advance, we thank you for your kindness and generosity! #SJHcommunity #LetsStickTogether Catholic Education South Australia

Students in Year 1 met up with their older year level buddies to read the book, and together, make birthday hats like in the story! ... The story is about a Turtle that needs to get to the shop. It is important that he isn’t late. When he races into the lift of Building 24 with all the busy people, there is a nod and a blink and a step to the side. A grunt and a sigh and a lean to the right. But what happens when the lift stops moving? Crocodile has a meeting to get to. And Giraffe has a doctor’s appointment. And Turtle really, really needs to get to the shop You might like to listen to the story at home here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWSpwOV3wBA
